Cook slowly over the fire until it turns brown and nutty. Remove from heat, add the Vegetable oil and Maple Syrup, and toss until well mixed. Finally, add the dried Cranberries and serve warm.

Ingredients:

  • 8 Hot Dogs, Chopped

  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped

  • 8 Ounces Chili

  • 3 Tablespoons Barbecue Sauce

  • 12 Hot Dog Buns, gutted

For this recipe, mix all the ingredients except the gutted Hot Dog Buns in a bowl. Fill the Buns with the mixture and wrap the tin foil so the whole thing is sealed. Grill these over a flame for about 20 minutes or put them deep in coals and cook them for 15 minutes.

Once mixed, dip the floured Fish Fillets in the Batter. Add these Fish Fillets into the hot oil and cook until the outside is golden brown.

Dutch Oven Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pizza Crust

  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce

  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

  • 20 Slices of Pepperoni

For this recipe, place the Pizza crust at the bottom of your Dutch Oven. Layer out your Tomato Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, Pepperoni, and Mozzarella. Put your Dutch Oven onto the coals, then place the lid on the Oven and put some coals on top of the lid. Let it bake for an hour.

  • 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder

  • Dash of salt

  • 3 Tablespoons Fat, either oil, lard, or butter

  • ? Cup Warm Water (depends)
